Honestly... It wasn't as bad as I thought
Congratulations to Samuel, our senior designer who just passed his Part 3 exam! Our resident Australian national he has a couple more steps before full registration, but he's one step closer to joining our team of existing architects.

I wouldn’t recommend doing it alongside a visa application process, but achieving this alongside the approval of my RIBA Global Talent visa last year has been a huge leap forward. Is the Part 3 right or necessary for everyone? I do a lot of incredibly fulfilling work at New Practice already, so I don’t think so, and I would encourage anyone who wants to explore more diverse ways to engage with the industry, and particularly with communities, to do so! That said, I’m excited now to use my skills and soon-to-be registration to continue and build upon my existing passions and work in fore-fronting genuine and equitable diversity within the industry””
