Bek speaks at Arup's Trans Awareness Week event

Bek Ziola was invited by Arup's LGBTQ+ network (Connect Out) to participate in a Trans Awareness Week event. They spoke about the New Practice's ethos on social value, the advocacy work they have been doing with OpenPlan Scotland for LGBTQ+ inclusion and visibility in the industry and presented the design of an exiting pipeline project that has been developed in collaboration with the trans and non-binary community in Manchester
